- O Level/Diploma/Degree holder

- Able to multitask with good administration skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese

Responsbilities (Sales Co-ordinator-Junior)
- To attend all sales enquiries
- To follow-up on status of sales orders
- To handle correspondence relating to customers
- General administrative work relating to quotes, order, exchange, etc.
Responsibilities (Sales Co-ordinator-Senior)
- Process quotations and queries from customers;
- actively engage in sales follow-up to convert inquiries to sales
- to attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
- to provide strong sales support including working extra hours to ensure company business
objectives are met
- initiate/participate actively in customer satisfaction improvement actions
- to meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements
- Review and analyse month sales report, and action upon
For Invoicing Executive:
Requirement:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing speed an advantage
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Process DOs and invoices in a prompt, accurate manner
- Ability to work proficiently and efficiently
- Work with sales to resolve invoice discrepancies, quantity variances
- Work with sales team to achieve shared goals
Sales Executive
Requirement
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in electrical, electronics or mechatronics
- Own class 3 license, with or without own vehicle
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills and able to work as a team
- Strong sense of responsibility, respect timeliness and schedules
- Highly self driven personality and result oriented
Responsibilities:
- cold calling, prospecting, arrange meetings with potential customers, closing sales
- to maintain and increase market share
- penetrate into new markets
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- attend to coming emails, phone enquiries, walk-in customers
- gathering market and customer information; feedback to management in timely manner
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- attend sales meeting and sharing best practice and information with sales team
